Choosing to vote straight ticket does not mean you are not thinking for yourself. It may be lazy for some people but no more lazy than the moron that casts a vote because all he/she knows is the commercial he watches.

I’m voting for higher paying jobs, lower taxes, conservative judges and strong borders. I don’t see any Dems running on those ideals.

I'm not sure what judge you're speaking of, but the vast majority of prostitution cases (in fact I'm pretty sure almost all) go to one judge in Allegheny county. And trust me...he does not let them off easy.

Speaking of voting.... at the time of his passing, Nevada brothel owner Dennis Hof was running for State Senate... it was too late to get him off the ballot... and he won.

Lots of cases go to the local magistrate. He can dismiss the charges.

My bad bambino. It was a terminology misunderstanding. When you said judge I thought you were refering to a judge.

judges are credited to have more powers than a magistrate. The magistrate is known to have powers more of an administrator, and most of them handle only minor offenses. They may handle offenses, such as, petty theft, small crimes, and traffic violations.
