Front tooth missing. Turn off for ladies?

Recently had a front tooth pulled in preparation for an implant. Gum is healed, but underlying bone must heal for several months. In the meantime, I wear an appliance with a fake tooth to fill the gap. The appliance might make it awkward for some activities, so I ask the ladies: is a missing front tooth a huge turn-off? Or is it no big deal? I feel self conscious without the appliance, but don’t want the lack of same to affect the experience. So what say you ladies?
