To TELL or NOT?

FOR the GUYS: Do you think it is important to reveal any physical disabilities or the fact that you take ED meds before you meet a provider for the first time? Or, do you say nothing during the screening process and think/hope she won't notice?

FOR the LADIES: Is it an issue for you? Is it important to know about any physical limitation or the fact that they use ED meds in advance of the appointment? Or, do you just go with the flow and work it out once they arrive?

Yes. I think it is important for both parties to be truthful about any condition that may impact a date. For example, I have a huge problem with cumming too soon. I want the lady to know this for several reasons. First, she needs to know that due to this I expect at least 2 cums for the appointment (if not more). Second, I want her to know so that she is not surprised when I do cum so quickly. I mention it every time before the date and right when we start. It is still amazing that the ladies are still surprised at how quickly and intensely I cum for that first shot. I also think ladies need to tell the guys of any issues. For instance. some providers don't like kissing or are overly sensitive to bigger cocks. As guys, we should be aware of anything like this.

If I am handicapped and in a wheelchair, etc., then access may be an issue to discuss.

If I sweat profusely and will need a shower before, halfway thru, and at the end of a session, should share the info.

If I have a heart condition and she needs to have a portable defibrillator ready to go, share.

If I have blood clots or other issues and I am getting a massage, need to share.

Most of the other issues are not necessary I believe.

If I had any real issues I would of course let the lady know. I hate surprises (fake pics etc)when they open the door and i'm sure they do too. The only thing I have to confess while setting up is i'm a Fat Bastard and hung like a mouse....BD

Most men do reveal the truth about certain things but I DID have a gentleman who failed to tell me about his colostomy bag and I couldn't handle it. For one thing, it kept slipping and the smell was atrocious. I had to put extra sheets and towels on the bed. I suspect he knew if he HAD told me I would have refused. As it was, I never saw him again even though he called and he got the hint. No shit bags.
