Car ? No car ? Either way you are in the best state in GER for this; no other state can provide the offerings of North Rhine-Westphalia; best place in Europe in fact for this. Best rates, most expansive menus for the girls, highest ratio of clubs vs any other state ( 16 states in total.) And it isn't full of overpaying tourists like Frankfurt's Mega Clubs. FRA has been destroyed by tourists but still.... Night and day vs any lineup in Texas or the USA for that matter.
Look on the map; you will see Cologne to the south and to the east Dortmund; this is the region I stay each and every trip and will be there myself April 19 to May 2. I stay in Essen; as you see it is the middle of the NRW the best station to reach all clubs in the NRW.. Can go east or west and go to all clubs in the region in about 10 minutes to one hour's time max.
I don't use a car, only the DB trains, trams, busses etc. If you have a car you are free to go anywhere in this region if not you are lucky as there is a train station... You will need to use the DB app or the site. You can load in the app from your smartphone or just go to the regular DB site for timetables and bookings.

This is your station, if you don't have a car looks like you simply must take the RE 10 to Duesseldorf. RE trains are fine, not as fast as ICEE ones but much faster than the SBahns. Once you arrive in DUS you can access numerous clubs via train, tram, bus etc. Taxis are not cheap; I only use Taxis if I must. Good news also, no more DB strikes, they finally settled!!

In Duisburg there is a great RLD too, ' Vulcanstrasse' it is called. The Volcano. Very nice casino there too. You can also go to the Duisburg Zoo parking lot at night it becomes a parking lot full of girls walking around or in their tiny RV's w red lights in the windows etc can fuck them there in your car on the park bench etc.
These are the biggest, most well known clubs near DUS; there are others too. Tons of other options to the east of DUS but than your commute is getting longer. If you have a car consider the sister club of Acapulco Gold, it is in Castrop-Rouxel; I go here often.

Given your location near the Dutch Border; the western part of the NRW mainly the DUS area will be by far your closest and best option...

And you can also from DUS take a 1:30 ICEE high speed train to FRA and try out the larger well known often tourist trap places but hey, some guys like them. I bailed on them after two years, in 2018 I started going only to the NRW for the real fun and use FRA only as a one day airport stop to fly to and from.

Sounds like as a beginner to the GER scene, Acapulco Gold will be your best place to start; its still 50e for a HH including BBBJ but u must ASK BEFORE going to the room, some will ask for extra for kissing or CIM or for Anal and some will even go bareback; no different than TX...They all do it, just not with all. The other clubs might be a tad more but far less than paying for girls in TX and many half the age and half the weight of the ones who advertise here. Only downside is that the optics have decreased since Corona, but this is also worldwide as reported by guys in all the Monger circles of the guys who do travel for this. However; you still get much better than the options here..
