The post for "The U.S. Army’s Operating Concept 2016-2028: Full Spectrum Operations in the Homeland" is a couple of thousand lines long. It dates from last September. It discusses suppressing a domestic insurrection. What does that have to do with the arrest of a suspect in the marathon bombing?

If the military was going to execute a takeover, why would they bother with arresting suspects?

Who gives a shit?

First, the MSM did not "offer" a lone wolf theory. They reported what someone else said.

Second, the lone wolf theory was only one of many. Al Qaeda was also suspected and they are NOT a lone wolf.

Third, the MSM does NOT determine the course of a police investigation. The police do that. So the OPINIONS of the MSM regarding lone wolves don't count for shit.

Fourth, it has only been TWENTY-FOUR hours. Do you really think there should already be a definite theory about anything already?
