Well, the Iranians are just going to need to stand down or pay a greater price. I would prefer peace.

There is room in the Republican party for honest differences of opinion.

For instance, not every Republican agrees with me that would should legalize plural marriage and legalize prostitution.

Yeah, Rand is a bad example if you are trying to somehow show this is a particularly bad decision that's fracturing the party in any way. He has largely been against almost anything dealing with military presence in the middle east and elsewhere in the world.

An interesting statement in the article though peaked the conspiracy theorist in me.

Rand mentioned Bolton somehow being behind this. Did Trump just "buy" Bolton's potential testimony in the impeachment by taking and acting on his advice now, even though he's not part of the administration.

Hell Yeah! Rand Paul is my favorite Republican and now you're in my top 5. I'm currently banging two skinny, pretty Cuban strippers. If a Cuban steps foot on U.S. soil, she's legal, unlike people from other countries who enter without visas. Anyway, imagine what it would be like if we also opened the borders to women from Venezuela, Colombia, Russia, Ukraine, Thailand, etc. We'd need to do something like what the general proposed in the movie Doctor Strangelove though, filter immigrants carefully by sex, weight, age, bust size, etc. to decide which ones we'll take.

Rand has never been short of balls in discussing his views of foreign policy.

Nothing he is saying now differs from his past positions. These very same views were beaten up regularly by the left when he disagreed with Obama's actions in the middle east.

In the end, a decision like that to take out Bin Laden or any of the numerous drone strikes Obama doled out was made.

People will agree and disagree. As the days move on, it's not building up to some major war mongering effort by Trump, much as the left would like you believe.
