I’m not sure how many computer nerds there are here, so may not be as funny as it is to me, but still thought I’d share.
I work in IT, and I was doing some network troubleshooting yesterday and texting with a coworker for some help. At the same time I was also texting with a provider I had never met trying to set up an appointment.
My coworker was asking me to run a command (tracert) that would let us know where a connectivity issue was coming from. If you run this command from one computer to another, or router or server etc the results will tell you how far it gets before dying so that you can narrow down where the issue is.
Anyway, he asked me “where does tracert die?”
And I replied “immediately. Just says destination unreachable”
I didn’t send it to him though, I accidentally sent it to the provider I was talking with. I apologized and said I didn’t mean to send that to her but didn’t think anything of it.
Having never met me though, and having no clue wtf that was discussing, she thought I was a cop and trying to trace her location and then refused to see me
Ultimately after a loooot of explaining on my end she hesitantly set an appt. Even after I was naked with my dick in her mouth I think she was still skeptical that it wasn’t a setup.
We wound up having a good time after all, but I can’t help but laugh at everything that had happened and how unlikely a situation it was.
