Sharing something I learned...
Something I learned while babysitting a friend's pussycat for the last 2 weeks...
THis kitty is one of the sweetest, most people oriented kitty cats I've ever met. She just want's be be around you, even if not on your lap. But most of the time, it's on your lap... Or between your legs. She's constantly cold, so she loves to snuggle, or if she can't she loves to curl up on a hearing pad set to low. She's also one of the loudest purring kitty cats I've ever met. While snuggling, I find I sometimes need to increase the volume of what I'm watching or listening to, just to compete with her purring!
Lately, I've been working nights, though I'm trying to transition back to a daylight work schedule. So I thought I'd take a nap...
Now, just because YOU need a nap, there's no excuse for having the kitty cat take the nap with you. Most of what a kitty cat does during the day is napping to begin with, so this nap is just a "bonus nap" giving a certain furry critter some extra energy in the middle of the night.
How do you know these things, you're probably asking yourself?
I learned them, because with the extra energy, a certain little furry ball of love decided "OK, I'm awake now. It's time for you to pet me and play with me" at 4:15am.
With Christmas coming up, here's something you need to see if you're a cat lover, because it's SO true! If you've never heard of "Simon's Cat" on YouTube, you really need to check it out!

I'm hoping you were kidding. Duck is a long time hobbyist and a sweet man.
This is the sandbox....anyone can talk about thing. Examples would be, someone asking about tires, rental cars, fruitcake, football....oh and politics.

I don't think the issue is the subject matter, I think the issue is that it is a long pretty nonsensical story that doesn't really have anything to do with the thread title and sends you to a clip on YouTube. Now it may be that this is a huge joke and looking up Simons cat is the funneh! but I doubt it.
I mean, it's great that he likes cats now? I think is the point.

Oh but it is true...the Duckman has been around for as long as I can remember and that's awhile and he is without a doubt as nice a person as I have ever met...
