Fort Bend County Deputy Constable arrested for...

Mongers come in all shapes and sizes, but this one stands out special. While on duty, in uniform and in a cruiser, he stopped and picked up a girl while being observed by undercover officers. Then drove her to a secluded parking lot to do the deed, spooked by seeing a dark van, he drove off with lights flashing. Saw this on the news at 5pm, but reading the article the incident happened in January. Since he sped off the arrest was delayed, maybe so the sting on Bissonnet could continue. Thinking he probably got away with it, I'm sure today's arrest caught him by complete surprise.
Anyway I thought it interesting the cops arresting one of their own.

HIs dumbass was better off getting the deed done in his private vehicle. That's way out of and not even close to his jurisdiction to be stopping and doing anything. His only reason to be there is heading west bound on bissonnet from 59 going toward ft bend county's area near alief.

HC constable precinct 5, HPD, and metro PD handle that area. Pct. 7 MIGHT get away with strolling through there. But FBCSO? I'd be following and video taping you.

I've heard that HPD officers talk, detain, and let walk free several prostitutes in that area. Like they're the pimps.

Don't leave out the part where he climbed into the backseat with her before getting spooked. He left with lights flashing, dropped her off, then sped off. The undercovers stopped and questioned her to find out he gave her $40 also. "Public Lewdness" was what he was charged with. Slap on the wrist, should get him on the sex offenders list though.

He didn't arrest her.. the article said he sped off with her with lights ON then dropped her off some place else.

Another police agency picked her up and spoke to her about the deal

What she should have done was told the cops that he threatened her if she did not service him and give him a big discount..

Sounds to me like someone was trying to get free pussy. It probably went like "I can arrest you right now, unless you are willing to work something out with me". Otherwise he probably thought it would be discreet. I mean, how many police officers are in police cars fucking hookers.
