P-411 Question? OR...Other Websites

Is P-411 taking new people on the site yet?
And if so is there any hobbiest interested in assisting me on getting on there.
I had a reference at one point, but never took the opportunity to get on!
Regretting it now, I would like to get on there.


OR,
Does anyone know of any other sites that are good for business right now?
I would be very appriciative of any info I can get!!

P411 is no longer accepting any new client or provider applications.
