OK, I have been reading over the Houston threads for a few days now. And something has come to my attention which I just have to ask about. I know this has been around several years.

What is the problem with south Texas guys where they are unable to type the letters n and k next to each other? Why do they have to put a c in between? Is this something they teach in school down there? Hell, even the DAMNyankees I modded in Pittsburgh knew how to spell think and pink correctly.

So, enlighten me. What is the deal? I really would like to know as I have seen this for several years in the southern areas.

Only following a, i, and u (and sometimes y), not after e or o.

Here's an easy way to keep it straight - there's stanck, stinck and stunck, but (of course) no stenck or stonck.
