Why are so many providers embarrassed or afraid of dirty talk?

I ask for this all the time and most say they will try, or they're not good at it or embarrassed by it...

Just curious...

I would think it would be almost a prerequisite to the profession or am I in the minority with this request?

As a professional, I would say, "No dick is too small. I appreciate any gentleman that would like to spend time with me and will make the best of our time together."
