A 30 day agreement is all I am looking for. You may also share this arrangement with another provider...BUT, I need to be aware of it in advance. In other words, the 30 day agreement will be with both you and your friend provider. NO MORE THAN 2 PROVIDERS on a 30 day agreement.

It is a discreet, upscale and fabulous location. Close to both Downtown and North Dallas. Plano, Richardson and Irving are convenient as well.
Fully furnished with top notch linens, furniture and decor.

I have found a wonderful roomate and all is going quite well !

We are on a month to month "contract" basis and it is the perfect combo !

We have discussed whether we would consider offering the space to yet another provider, and basically....we think it would work to offer the apartment to those we trust.....that have a good rep.....and that we would "meld" with.

It would be a weekly "contract" for the provider....and we would work around our schedules. Since we have two rooms.....this should not be a problem. I keep a stash of fresh linens and towels as it would be expected that everyone do their part to keep the place clean and tidy.

So....if you might be interested in renting the place for a week....just let me know. We can work out the details further when we talk.

Our Uptown apartment has just become available again.
My roommate is really great....and we get along perfectly,
