We keep seeing on the news videos of apartments and city streets in ruins.

The Ukrainians must be doing this themselves because we know that it is against the Geneva Convention for the invading Russians to attack civilian targets.

Also, a woman on Fox tonight said that in the areas that Russia controls, soldiers are raping women.

Of course, this is an old tradition in Russia, as witnessed in WW-2 as an estimated one million German women were raped by Stalin’s forces as the Red Army moved toward Berlin.

As for destruction of Ukrainian property and infrastructure, there source may be from both sides: The Russians are attempting to destroy the morale of the Ukrainians and the Ukranians are attempting to deprive the Russians of useful structures to facilitate occupations of areas and make them more vulnerable to attack. As invading status in many "wars" (and intrusions) the U.S. has done the same by destroying sources of power and supplies and then establishing secure locations of our own to protect our personnel and materiel. (BTW: That is NOT what the current batch of Lunatics in power do!)

the reports are unverified at the moment. it is possible people in Ukraine are reporting this for the effect. to drum up more indignation. it's also possible it's true. if true i wouldn't expect it to be widespread. these troops are there to fight and any good field commander would not allow this.

The "policies" are similar to the Covid bullshit. They use fake science claims to establish rules that control what citizens do and provide them opportunities to eliminate those CITIZENS who do not adhere to their dictatorial directives by which they further solidify their control over society.

Recent estimates are that the U.S. has about 100 years of carbon sources for energy to supply the U.S. and Western European countries aka our ALLIES! ... Even though the European also have "reserves" that are recoverable at a decent cost. That's what Putin wants ... the resources and the market!
