The youtube is a little bit trickier because you need to copy the video ID.
Say you want to embed this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ) into your post.
You need to find the which reads V= and copy the video ID right after it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ
Sometimes it's not so simple and has more stuff in it which is usually separated by an ampersand (&), but as long as it's between the V= and the & it will work.
Now, using the video I linked earlier, we take the ID we stripped (dQw4w9WgXcQ), highlight it and click the Youtube HD icon .
