Just returned from MX city and I wanted to discuss my observations. There are many options to find P4P in the city. Over 50% of working girls find their customers on the streets. The remainder work via the internet or in massage establishments.
Massage establishments may be someone's apartment or an established storefront. These are not numerous and service can be hit or miss.The internet girls are numerous and fall into two categories.
The high end providers like ZonaDivas which provide good service with attractive girls (so I am told). The girls come to your hotel room. The down side is the cost which can be 2 to 3 times the cost of street girls. The other providers that use the internet are independents that either come to your hotel or who wants you to meet them at a short time hotel in their local area. Don't expect anybody to speak english. It is important to confirm exactly what you want and what's the price. The common practice here is for them to give a minimum price and after they arrive charge you for anything and everything like CBJ, nudity, DATY, you name it, it's extra. BBBJ is very uncommon. Good luck finding a provider that is willing.
This brings us to the street providers. Providers can be seen occasionally any where in the city, but you can only consistently find girl in a few specific locations. The 2 best are near the Merced Market and along Tlalpan street. These girls can be old, fat and ugly, but many acceptable girls are mixed in. These girls do not speak english so type exactly what you want into your phone app translator before you approach a provider. If she agrees, she will give you a price. The average price for the basic ($25 US), a clothed quicky nothing extra. The price for full service including everything including greek for 1 hour can be found with an attractive girl for about $65 US plus $10 for the room. The downside is that you have to actually walk down the street and find a provider.
Mexico City is very safe day and night. I never felt uncomfortable at any time. This activity is tolerated and you won't be hassled.
If you are adverse to walking, don't speak spanish, and have lots of money. Try the internet or one of the reputable agencies. If you want more of an adventure. I recommend going to Tlalpan ave near one of the Metro stops like San Antonio Abad. 90% of the girl are going to too ugly to consider but there are many diamonds out there. Take your time, the girls are eager for customers. The service (if you negotiate exactly what you want ahead of time) is good. Use common sense. Don't wear expensive jewelry or carry large amounts of money. The Metro train system is easy to use and very cheap. Taxis' are also cheap. A taxi ride to Tlalpan ave should cost around $6 US. Of course all transactions are done in Pesos. I do not speak spanish and I had no problems. Have fun.

What part of Tlalpan? It runs from one end of the city to the other.

San Antonio Abad is a metro stop on Tlalpan Ave. But they are located both north and south of that loacation along Tlalpan Ave.

I found the best solution was to use twitter, search for #escort, #scorts along with #cdmx to look up girls working in Mexico City.
