NFL Pros don't live long.
Former Bills FB Wayne Patrick passed away last year at 65. He was originally a 10th round draft pick of the Cincinnati Bengals out of the University of Louisville. After being released by the Bengals, he signed with the Bills as a free agent and played five years in Buffalo.
Patrick was a bruising blocker who cleared the way for OJ Simpson during the Hall of Famer's first few years in Buffalo. He died on March 23, 2010 after a lengthy battle with heart and kidney disease.
