Trump Sucks So Much He Couldn't Beat Biden Even With Fox’s Help
https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/comp...KTM?li=BBnbfcL
Trump must really have sucked as candidate. Still lost in a blow out after Fox gave them Biden confidential information, debate strategy and campaign ads in advance of it becoming public.
Trump please run the GOP into the ground.

Trump does not like to read according to many on his former staff so in his defense, that is Fox's fault. They should have had someone read it out loud to him.
In all seriousness, that narcissistic arrogant asshole probably thought there was no way Biden could win and didn't even realize how many people can't stand him and his drama.

Fox is truly just the GOP propaganda arm. But I’m sure silly folks on this forum will argue that Fox is a news channel.

as a lawyer you should know that one side's filing is not proof and the article you cited offers no proof. just Dominion's claim.

... I'm waiting for them to all get into court.
FOX-News seems rather unafraid.
While it surely seem Dominion is praying for a settlement.
We've seen all this "proof" about FOX'S "lies"
leaked to the media - but in court there will be
pushing and shoving and EVIDENCE to show that
it IS quite possible that Dominion machines
have earned their rather shoddy reputation.

Actually there is proof. Those are not just allegations. They emails, texts and deposition transcripts support those statements. Fox doesn’t deny the facts. What Fox has said is that some of the texts and emails are not in context. Or that it’s not proof of defamation. But there is no denial that each of the purported statements or actions are true.
Fox has filed a response to Dominions MSJ and in the over 100 pages they never state that the facts underlying the allegations are incorrect. As usual Salty is clueless. These aren’t leaks to the press. These are court filings, a motion for summary judgment with attachments from Fox’s responses to discovery and depositions of Fox hosts and Murdoch himself. Ya know, sworn testimony.
But for Salty’s sake, they are having their day in court. I vaguely recall a time when Salty and Bambino were claiming Dominion would be fully exposed in discovery. Just the opposite occurred. Dominion machines never affected the voting (as we all knew). Moreover Fox has been exposed as truly an arm of the RNC. And even better, though they gave air to the stupid claims of voter fraud and stolen elections, everyone in the Fox building knew those claims were bullshit.
Only their stupid viewers didn’t know. Fox just told the people what they wanted to hear, rather than reporting truthfully.

It’s evident you don’t watch FNN, what do you watch?
News should be provided without bias, otherwise watch the View.

Fox is not even close to being unbiased in its news presentation. They don’t even pretend to do that.

Oh. Ima waiting for everyones day in court too.
No excuse for not bringing all your ammo to fire to show all the proof. Too bad it will probably be a long, drawn out affair. I'd love to watch it if televised.

... Since you push me - reckon its time for me to school you
with things yet-again, mate.
... If our bludger-mate Betelgeuse were here - he'd surely
say that you're conflating two separate ideas into one
to try and make a point.
The idea of the Fox-News reporters having their-own views
on voter fraud and reporting the company line
are one thing... There's also the right of free speech.
Even IF the reporters personally didn't actually believe
in what was being reported.
But THAT is one issue.
The Dominion lawsuit is for what was said BY FOX REPORTERS
about Dominion machines... Their-own "thoughts" on Trumps
claim of voter fraud is surely a separate issue. Unless
it specifically pertains to Dominion.
YOU seem to want to run everything together.
Then there's the claims of others - even some Dominion
employees - that the machines are shitty and unreliable.
So it might stand to reason that Trump or FOX-News
or Republican voters surely might find the machines suspect.
... Aint nothing wrong speculating or reporting THAT
- no matter WHAT their personal feelings are.

You almost have it right. Almost. But youre still wrong. Nice use of conflation, I see I taught you a good English word.
Here’s where you’ve misconstrued how the suit is framed (I look forward to your using misconstrued). The basis of some of the initial claims by Trump and his idiotic minions were that Dominion machines changed votes along with some crazy shit about Che and Argentina or some other looney toon ass bullshit on the stupidest of stupid actually believed. Fox News personalities allowed that crazy shit to air and gave a platform for that stupidity, hence defaming Dominion. That went on for a great deal of time. Fox News is liable through their employees actions - it’s called respondeat superior.
Now, this is why the rest matters, the fact that they were aware that there was no factual basis for any of the bullshit claims regarding Dominion OR the rest of the crazy claims, but allowed it anyway because they were afraid their viewers would turn to an even less reputable station like NewsMax shows their disregard for the truth. Which supports the claims that they had malicious intent by airing things they knew were false to the detriment of Dominion.
WE aren’t conflating anything. WE are stating the facts
Trumpys are stupid
Fox News lied and kept doing so
Fox News personalities kept lying, particularly Lou Dobbs (always a kook) and Maria Bartiromo (used to be a legitimate financial news reporter)
Fox News kept airing shit they knew was false with retraction
Fox News viewers are idiotic and stupid
Fox News viewers who believe Fox News is a news network are stupid
Fox News is the republican propaganda channel

... Again, we don't know that the claims "are false"...
Dominion machines have been questioned many times
- and in a number of previous elections.
Dominion don't like independent investigations of
their equipment... And I'll ask again - how many times
had the company been sold - and for what price.
And WHY are you mentioning "trumpies" and "Fox lying"
in a court discussion between you and me.
Can you NOT just stick to the FACTS that matter?
Dominion machines and whether or not FOX-News has
the right to question the accuracy of the machines.
How bleedin' hard can THAT be? ... Unless you don't really
believe Dominion has a winnable case.
As I mention - the "personal views" of the FOX reporters
mean precious-little to the crux of the case.
Reckon as a barrister - you'd surely understand that.
