Hopefully when a provider offers bbbj, they get a look at what their about to play with and have the guts to say no if they see anything on it.
As for finishing, if the provider spits it out, then you won't get anything that way either.
The easiest way to catch anything is bbfs which I can't think of any providers that offer that, I'm sure there are some, but I wouldn't see them if I were you.
