But the White House does support another new pipeline, though that project does not need a presidential permit because it does not cross a national border. TransCanada’s 485-mile, Oklahoma-to-Texas pipeline is expected to be complete next year, and is meant to alleviate an oil bottleneck at a Cushing, Okla., storage hub. This pipeline is designed to handle standard crude oil, not the more environmentally controversial crude that comes from tar sands.

Odumbo was born, some say 'purportedly' born, in the 50th state: Hawaii.
It really seems he should have learned he was born in the last state to be admitted to the Union.
