Default Minor Rant: Use of the Word "Dream"

Please don't take me too seriously here... I primarily see this word used in AMP encounters, but have seen it applied to escorts as well, "I dreamed that..." "in my dream", "my dream with...", or concluding a review with "but it was only a dream". WTF? Sometimes i have the impression guys think that this terminology might somehow save them in a court of law. Like the cops, attorneys, and judges are clueless rubes. No doubt clueless at times but c'mon man. It's just such a cliche' and seeing the term dropped repeatedly in the space of one review is tedious at best and serves absolutely no purpose. Like 12 year old boys learning a super secret code they never grew out of.

What? You're out tree fiddy cuz you had a dream? Now there's something to talk to Freud about. You want to dream? Take an Ativan. I don't know about anyone else but I'm sure to be be drug & alcohol free when I have sex to enjoy it the the utmost. The last thing I want is to be asleep or dreaming when I'm about to bang a beautiful babe. So pointless.
Why?

It doesn't matter what you call it, A Dream, a fantasy, whatever... the authorities know WTF is going on. DO what you're comfortable with.

Agree 100%, every bit as much nonsense as “passed the LE check by sending a dick pic”……..do people really think this stuff works?

Any cases yet of someone being charged for a review? It is illegal in Oklahoma. How do you know it won't work? Really? No cases?

Does anyone know the actual law that writing a review breaks? Is it just a scare tactic to try and cut down on prostitution?

It is vague at best Oklahoma Statutes Title 21, Sections 1025-1031.
Where they will try to get you is in the promotion or enticement of others to participate in acts of prostitution. Nowhere does it specify "writing reviews".

Technically under the same laws, paying for an Uber for them is a crime.

In 2023, 21 OK Stat § 1040.57 was passed to make it illegal to publish reviews of prostitution-related services on websites that facilitate, encourage, or promote sexual contact for a fee.

What is the new prostitution law in Oklahoma?

NEW LAW EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2023

There is no general law of solicitation. But a new law effective July 1, 2023, could be interpreted as a type of solicitation. Generally speaking, HB 2054 (2023) made it a felony to knowingly offer money or something else of value for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct.Sep 6, 2023

Same, I came across the "in my dream" term many years ago and figured out later it was a dubious way of trying to get around evidence
