In my experience yes if you get the right size.

I love them. Find one that’s not too snug and won’t slip off while getting your fuck on. It’s easier to put on when lube is used and make sure to put it while you have a half-chub going. If you try to put it on the base of your cock while fully erect, you might find it difficult, but I’ve had success doing that with lube. Try buying a bundle set that has different sizes too so you can find the right size. Test them out while practicing self-love. A female condom is basically a liner for the vagina. The lady inserts it... versus a male condom that a man wears. It allows for movement of the material, which heightens sensation, making it feel very comparable to natural sex. I've used a cock ring before, and highly endorse them. Just don't wear them for longer than about 30 mins or so at a time.

A few years back wonderful Sexylexi4u gifted me a set of various sizes. They were quite useful, especially when she installed them. She also recommended a penis pump having used one with a former SO.
I bought one from a local store (no longer open) and she later demonstrated it as well. Lube everything up a bit, put the cock ring around the bottom of the pump, slide the pump on, pump it till you are "happy", slip the cock ring on to your penis, release the pressure from the pump and slide it off.
