According to the article, the book has 300 images. Sounds like a comic book.

Also, the publishing company was recently stated by Donny Jr. and this is the only book they have published. So basically a self publication.

They have probably sold copies to graduates from Trump University.

And since trump senior has to outdo everyone I'm sure the RNC will spend at least $303,892.48 on copies of it.
