A Hobbying Dilemma – Advice Solicited - Found Employee on Backpage

Here is the situation. An employee of mine has recently hit a rough patch. She is going through a divorce, has bills she can’t pay, a couple of children to feed. You all have heard, and may have lived, a similar story many times I am sure.

Towards the end of May, I was trolling through Backpage, doing some research. I like to find girls there, cross check them here and then get their Backpage rate. Works for me sometimes and sometimes not.

Well guess who showed up on Backpage … you guessed it … my employee. No face picture, but she has a couple of unique tattoos that were clearly visible in her pictures and she has a unique hair color. It was easy for me to figure out quickly who I was looking at.

I jotted down her number … a different number than I have for her, so I am guessing a hobby phone … and did a Google search for it every other day or so. She was on Backpage for a few days and then she wasn’t. The end of June gets close and she was back on Backpage for a few days and then she wasn’t. My conclusion is she is providing towards the end of the month to make ends meet. Her body, her choice. I respect that.

Now let me make it perfectly clear. There is NO WAY I am going in. It’s not going to happen. The employer / employee relationship being what it is, it just isn’t worth the risk. Also, she has no idea that I hobby.

So here is my dilemma. She is posting on Backpage. I believe ECCIE to be much safer, especially after a few of the awesome Provider Ladies here helped enlighten me. I would like to steer her towards ECCIE, but I am not sure how I would do that.

Some of the things I have considered:

1. Just tell her face-to-face after work one day.

2. Set up an e-mail account with a free service and send an e-mail to her personal e-mail account.

3. Use App software to set up a throw away number and send a couple of texts to her hobby phone.

4. Have a Provider friend give her a call and talk to her.

5. Have a Provider friend meet her for a drink and talk to her.

This is about safety, not about outing her in any way. What do you think I should do and why? Even if you think I should just stay out of it, please explain why.

BTW, I was not able to find a review on ECCIE by searching on her BP name or her phone number.

How about just leaving her personal and private life alone. Besides she has every rite to ask you what you're doing visiting ladies and writing reviews. She could be concerned about your 'safety'.

Maybe you mean well, but I find this thread to be hypocritical.

Why leave her alone? Because it's the right thing to do.

If you approach her after work one day, you open yourself up for all potential sexual harassment lawsuits, then the possibility of your name drug through the mud, company takes a hit, your personal friends/family find out... just best to leave her to her own business. The only reason to approach her, would be if her work is suffering, and even at that you can't blame it on her providing. So many reasons to leave it alone!

If you didn't know her, would you do her? What are her Backpage rates? Have one of your ECCIE buddies vist her, write a review, and tell her about ECCIE. Provide a link to her BP ad, and I'm sure someone will handle it for you.

Do anything but # 1, she gets on ECCIE, finds this thread, then boss' undercover hobbying is compromised. And # 1 really never was a viable option.

I agree with everyone's thoughts on here...well, except for WakeUp.

Probably best to leave her alone. However, if the need to keep her "safe" is overwhelming, I would go with what LittleSpike says - PM a guy on here that you know well and have them introduce her to ECCIE.
