Some opinions please

In some of the other forums, there has been mixed results with a short notice availability thread. The general idea of it is to help the members out if they have a cancellation and are available at the last minute.

This thread is for ladies to post their immediate availability for visits in the event they find themselves with a short window due to cancellation, change of plans, etc. Gents can still post their requests in a new thread in the Request&ISO forum as always.

Daily posting of ads are not allowed.

Short notice is defined as 2 hours or less.

The post should include specific times, such as " I had a 2:00pm cancel and am available." . Availability must be the same day as your post.

General location of your incall must be included.

The body of your post can not include rates, services, contact info or photos. All of that should be in your Showcase, P411 profile, etc.

This is just an idea that I am looking for input on, not an official thread yet.

And I will say this at the start, if ANY abuse of such a thread occurs, it will be shut down in a heartbeat!

how bout instead of writing a post the providers have a section with options like IMs puts a status availuable with another option thats says in session or was canceled. Its to much of a hastle for them to get online and write a post everytime and app would be better. This kind of app must giving to verified providers and gents. Just a thought?

Col, I know it worked well in ghe larger markets, but I am not sure that we have enough traffic here. It might be useful to the traveling ladies with our propensity of hobbiest ncns.

It would be the same few providers being available 20+ hours per day.

We have this option in Houston. It is well regulated and while I have not had the opportunity to use it yet, I'm glad it exists. I would LOVE to see this option in South Texas. Maybe give the ladies guidelines as to what should be presented in the title.

Example: "01/12 - 2:00pm Cancellation In Kingsville Available"

That way the gent knows the exact date and time and city of the availability considering South Texas encompasses such a vast number of cities. While the cancelation notification should be for the same date of the post, I feel like it is important to put the date in the title for basic clarification. Just my thoughts...

Yeah, I don't live in THIS area anymore but I try to keep up with it for when I visit.

It'll be 4-5 days sometimes before a particular area gets an updated posting. We can try it, but I don't think it'd be very beneficial.

Judging from the lack of response, i guess this was an idea that is really not needed down here.

So , it is tabled for now, but I am still open to thoughts and ideas about this if anyone else has any.
