Default Glen Dougherty slain Navy Seals mother tells Romney to shut the hell up

"I don't trust Romney. He shouldn't make my son's death part of his political agenda," she told WHDH. "It's wrong to use these brave young men, who wanted freedom for all, to degrade Obama.”

I heard the speech and it moved me greatly. It's such a shame grief like that can blind so well. Her son was done a great honor.

Actually, as things are slowly being rung out of witnesses "on the Hill," Romney didn't make her son "part of his political agenda" .... the CIC did with the assistance of his "trustee" Secretary of State and his "quick-draw" Ambassador to the U.N. ...

Had her son been provided with sufficient "back up" .....

..... there would be no "agenda."

Besides, no one has to degrade Obaminable. He's doing just fine on his own.

Honor is in the ear of the listener.

A great honor would have been the two candidates putting campaigning aside for a few minutes and jointly saying thank you for a person who gave his life so we can have political debates and free elections.

How about Obama awarding each former Navy Seal a Navy Cross at the least. Or would that embarass him?

Remember this http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics...-honor-winner/ Obama can't even get the name right of a Medal of Honor winner. At least Romney remembers the name.

On CNN, Smith's mother in a direct statement flamed the administration. Direct and reasoned. The short version of the interview was it was the administration's responsibility from the President on down to protect her son and to inform her truthfully about what happened to her son. She said they did neither, and that Rice lied to her. FYI: She said they all talked to her directly in person.

Anderson had on a former DHS advisor who agreed with his mother's assessment.

Romney has nothing to do with this deal. It was ALL the administration's. Like many others, including Democrats and previously friendly media, serious unanswered questions are being posed and the administration is apparently trying to recover from a botched cover up.

Romney is simply pointing out the obvious that is currently being discussed in a hearing. It is political and it is a campaign issue .... leadership, integrity, and protecting citizens.

It will not go away.

Are you referring to the death of OBL?

As for the death of the Navy Seal, it should not be politicized by either candidate. End of story!!!!!

Just my personal opinion, of course, which you might not share, I understand.

OBL ain't worth one navy seal ...

... much less an Ambassador Stevens and 3 good men left to fend for themselves.

The death of OBL didn't end anything, did it?*

Somebody watching too many cowboy-Indian movies, I think. Or at least terribly naive to believe that the "war on terrorists" is over, because OBL is dead.

Am I glad he's dead, of course. Did Obaminable kill him. Of course not.

If he did ..

.... then he killed Ambassador Stevens and 3 good men, also.

You pick, BT.

or

Of course, BT, I realize that one is a Muslim (may be) and the other is not.

We all have our priorities, don't we. And I hope your man beats his chest about killing OBL the next go round, and Romney hands him his ass right back to him. I'm mean, what does Obaminable have to lose?

My "pick" huh? I will try my best to make the most of the selection.

There is a distinct difference that separates the killing(s) of OBL and "Ambassador Stevens and 3 good men." Of course the difference will almost certainly go well over LL's pointy lil' head. Most things do! Even so, I am going to share my "pick" anyway. Perhaps someone other than LL will understand.

The difference: When OBL was killed, the Commander in Chief did not pull the trigger. However, the CIC did approve the mission prior to the first shot being fired.

The CIC did NOT, I repeat NOT, approve the mission or pull the trigger that resulted in the murder of "Ambassador Stevens and 3 good men."

That's a huge difference between the two! Not to worry LL, I wouldn't expect you to understand! From my long history with you, I recognize that you have your deficiencies. Simply put, there are some things that you are unable to grasp!

Since I was the individual awarded the "pick": That's my "pick" and I'm sticking to it!

If I do say so myself: That was a pretty good "pick," huh?

Default Mother of slain state department worker tells Odumbo, "You screwed up!"

She said she told Odumbo at the reception that the attack was his fault.

Ms Smith said she told Odumbo, "You screwed up. You didn’t do a good job. I lost my son."

Glen Doherty's friend, Elf Ellefsen, also*spoke with Seattle's KIRO, expressing similar disagreement with Romney's mention of his friend's death.According to Ellefsen, Doherty found his exchange with Romney to be "insincere and stale.""Mitt Romney approached him ultimately four times, using this private gathering as a political venture to further his image," Ellefsen told KIRO. "He kept introducing himself as Mitt Romney, a political figure. The same introduction, the same opening line ... [Doherty] said it was pathetic and comical to have the same person come up to you within only a half hour, have this person reintroduce himself to you, having absolutely no idea whatsoever that he just did this 20 minutes ago, and did not even recognize Glen's face."

Mitt didnt remember this guy the campaign peeps told him to make this crap up, and that is what most upset the mother, family and close friend of the slain Navy Seal.

He didn't pull the trigger on either.
He made the decision on both. He's the CIC.

He gets to beat his chest on one and wear the other for the rest of his life.

I can understand why you are supporting him after seeing your logic. Enjoy.

"In a May 3, 2012, email, the State Department denied a request by a group of Special Forces assigned to protect the U.S. embassy in Libya to continue their use of a DC- 3 airplane for security operations throughout the country.
The subject line of the email, on which slain Ambassador Chris Stevens was copied, read: “Termination of Tripoli DC-3 Support.”
Four days later, on May 7, the State Department authorized the U.S. embassy in Vienna to purchase a $108,000 electric vehicle charging station for the embassy motor pool’s new Chevrolet Volts. The purchase was a part of the State Department’s “Energy Efficiency Sweep of Europe” initiative, which included hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars on green program expenditures at various U.S. Embassies.
In fact, at a May 10 gala held at the U.S. embassy in Vienna, the ambassador showcased his new Volts and other green investments as part of the U.S. government’s commitment to “climate change solutions.”
The event posting on the embassy website read: “Celebrating the Greening of the Embassy.”
While the embassy in Vienna was going green, the consulate in Benghazi was getting bombed, and little was done to stop it."

That's your man! ..... "Greening Europe" instead of being CIC.
