Oh good this works out much better ..now you cannot over talk me and raise your voice like you do in person and over the phone..

Ladies and gentlemen this man contacted me for a promotional free shoot..

I brought along Macie Madrid because she is my friend...

Her photoshoot was amazing ...mine bombed( I wouldn't know because he has refused to show me my proofs) so we agreed to hook up again and reshoot..
And then look through the latest photos proof and choose what we wanted with the intentions I was still going to reshoot... the photos do belong to us afterall( no model release form with signed and no funds were handed over) and we would like to see them every photographer we have ever dealt with always zip files them shrinks and compress them or put them on a flash drive so we may have all of our photos

Tuesday was the schedule to reshoot 4 pm..he then contacted me mid afternoon and requested we moved to Thursday...


Thursday is here weather is bad and he wants me to take 6 to 7 hours out of my night time for the shoot... I told him I could not make it due to todays conditions...he then got upset ...

So now he is ignoring Macie Madrid original request to see all of her photos and choose the original 10 she would like to be posted onLine.....

So bottom line he is punishing Macie Madrid because I couldn't make another re shoot. by the way I did forget to mention this was a no strings attached promotional free shoot which I have PMS in my inbox to show ..but why did he mentioned wanting a session and not having to pay funds for it???

A photo shoot is supposed to be fun easy and painless..

Go pretend to be a model to the best of your ability for an hour or so..

Receive all of your photos so you may pick your top choices.. tell the photographer your top choices so photogs can do whatever photogs do..

Receive your photos complete and finished ready for online used to your liking within a reasonable time later.. usually seven days or less..

This is an escort/ hobbyist board..not a professional photographer board..as much as we wish we were all models and enjoy all the new company from the model mayhem world, your job is to bring out the best in us to our liking..by our rules and request if you want to advertise here.... if in the end result are unsatisfactory to the escort , that is her decision and opinion .. not the photographer.. so when an escort says: I do not want that shown online you do not show it ..this is not your board for promotional use at the end of the day.. this is our escort/ hobbyist board ...

Jeez! And these guys wonder why we really enjoy,prefer and like our guys taking pictures before during or after gatherings ..can't speak for all the girls but I know I do and Ive never ever encountered a problem like this before..

Anyway. No good, this guy did it wrong. If he is a "real" photographer then he would
of Love to photograph Chrissy. Chrissy is very photogenic.

Ladies, first of all I had a great time shooting with you both.


Yes, I am new here and come for modeling world. I believed shooting beautiful ladies on this board should not be different from shooting models/other clients.


My side of the story:
I am running few free/promotional shoots every week to promote the studio. I offered ONE free/promotional shoot to Chrissy. The promotional/free shoot time slot was for one person; as Macie also came along; we crammed two people in for the time slot.

You both will agree to that you came un-prepared for the shoot. We had to rush through the shoot and did not get time to review the proofs. I review the proofs with my clients immediately after the shoot and they pick the photos that would like me to edit.


I agreed to do another promotional/free shoot for you and you assured me of being better prepared this time. I took time in the studio last evening to prepare the sets for today’s shoot as you wanted to try three different looks.


Please try to understand the studio has expenses; every time I am doing a promotional/free shoot I am not making money. It takes time to prepare for the shoot + shoot the model + edit the Pics. I can only do limited number of promotional shoots.


We could not do the free shoot on Tuesday (may be it was miscommunication/I will not go into whose fault it was). When you asked to reschedule the free/promotional shoot from today to next week; yes I was upset. i have lighting and set prepared for both the days and that time is wasted.

I mention I cannot do the free shoot next week as I am all booked but will let you know when I have an open slot next time for the free shoot. I NEVER shouted at you; I cannot run photography studio by shouting at my clients.



This was a free shoot and I do not give out all the photos from a free shoot only a limited number of edited Pics(usually 5). You and Macie already have over 10 edited pics from this shoot.



After the first shoot both of you were very happy with the shoot and did offered to make me very happy man in coming week; both of you look gorgeous. Who am I to refuse


Please understand; I can only do so much for a free/promotional shoot.

Yes Da Chef he did..a hot bottle of pink bubbly in plastic glasses he uses for all the "models"but he said he did not want to shoot me because he was no longer in the mood due to me having to cancel at last minute... after a few moments of reconsideration called him back and said I could make it told me he was not interested...

Also if I'm happy with the photoshoot where the hell are MY pictures... also yes if we were drinking why would you continue the offer wine at the photo shoot if that was a complaint with you in the first place...

This is a consistent battle with you.. communications were crossed on your end... bottom line is you are wrong we want all of our photos they belong to us not you and I would never ever EVER EVER enter an agreement OF 3- 5 hour photo shoot only to receive 10 finished pictures that YOU choose and not have all of my proofs for my future use...

Right there you are already been proven wrong so just let it go give us our pictures and move on to your next intended victim

Best advice I can give is this is not.model mayhem and you cannot treat provider showcase shoots the same as model shoots. Once you understand the difference and the various elements of shooting providers professionally then you will understand what went wrong.

the problem here - or at least the major problem - is "free/promotional" shoots.

somebody always gets fucked on those deals, and not in a good way.

op, you done fucked up. photography in this world has some key differences with real world work. if you try forcing it to be a certain way, you will have a bad time.

chrissy, two things:

7 day delivery is an unrealistic expectation as a general thing. your photographer should make it clear up front how long the turnaround will be.

you NEVER own the photos. the photographer always owns them, but he/she will grant you license to USE them. that agreement may also stipulate that no one, including the photographer, can use them for any other promotional purposes. again, this should be an up front, mutual agreement.
