Backpage Rules

I have a few rules for using backpage.

1)if there is no number and a contact by email or Yahoo,pass.If she can't give a number she isn't serious about her trade.
2)if the number is not local and you cannot verify she is a local provider.Pass.
3)if it is a hard sell ad,if the nudity is over the top,there is a reason for the hard sell.Pass.
4)if there are pictures that appear to be of more than one girl but she works alone odds are none are her.Pass.
5)if the ads says she is reviewed on boards and has links read them.You will suprised how many girls post a bad review figuring most men won't look.
6)take the ad with you,If the girl who shows up or answers the door isn't the one in the picture.Pass.Before you put the envelope down.
Obviously,the best way is to only see girls who have been reviewed on the boards,but if hobbyists only see girls who have been reviewed, eventually there will be no reviews.I and a few others like me,enjoy finding new talent,while they are still fresh in the business.
Okay, those aren't all my rules,but they are ones I have learned over time and with a few disappointing experiences.Anyone else have any rules other than don't use Backpage it is evil,that's a given response from many on this board.

#5 They don't want to pay to read the BCD comments
#7 If they show up really late, pass. 2 or more hours late
#8 If they come in telling what you will NOT do and if you don't respect them they will be gone, let them go before paying
#9 When they tell you the 200 is for their time, anything extra will cost you, lose the 200, because you will just lose more if you continue.

#10 Before you hand them the envelope, let them get off the cell phone and turn it off, if they can't do that, pass unless you have a fetish of fucking while the phone rings

All good suggestions. How about a girl that's willing to take the time to socialize on a personal level? Talk a little, spend a little time getting to know you...that says a lot about the quality of the experience to come and the amount of effort she's going to be putting into it.

Don't totally discount CL/BP girls...everyone has to start somewhere! That's where both Lily & I started...and many more, I'm sure.

Dana, you didn't do those things we listed, are you wouldn't have the reviews you do. I really don't know much about Little Rock's backpage because I got burned so bad in Memphis, I just quit calling people on BP/CL, unless they are also on legit sites. According to hspaperman, there are some on there, like I found in Memphis. I know nowhere is safe from the law, but BP/CL seem to be there favorite place to play.

I will point out that some of us have good solid reviews (such as myself on escorts.com ) but reasons for privacy and anomonity refuse to post a face picture and other other idenitifying pictures. Just because a provider choses not to post a face etc doesnt mean she is not a legimate provider... However you are right all legimate escorts should have some reviews somewhere... Im going to disagree Bim with you on the LEs favorite place to play. It appears that the attention is drawn to BP/CL because of their reputations of not having quality providers however lets face it from time to time le watches all sites even boards such as this one... They dont show favortism.

I totally agree.All the current top providers on Eccie appeared on BP.I use it all the time.The point is all the providers on BP aren't Danas or Lillys.Most are not.The point of the thread is noticing the things that identify the dodgy provider before she has the money.And at a first meeting you don't have any idea who you are getting, but there are things you can do to minimize the risks.

Everyone knows to use Google and Yahoo to search for more info, right? You can learn many interesting things from a phone number search. You can also search the images on tineye. Sometimes you can spot the "I wish I really looked like this pic" girls this way. Fake pics are an immediate no for me. I've rather see a real pic of a less than perfect body than a fake one of a Victoria's Secret model.

IMHO, pics are the most important part of the ad, other than a phone number. If the pic is not accurate, then what about the rest of the ad???

now everyone knows why its important to use a hobby phone.. or use a phone that is NOT in your name..so that when they search and it comes back as some guys phone number..they have to think "wtf".. (that is for a provider of course), even with the invention of google and yahoo..people can still only find out info that you allow to be out there.. people can search my ip all they want, people can search my number all the want.. i assure anyone who did that the info found would tell you NOTHING about me personally, where I am actually located, if my phone is legit, if it even goes to me, etc etc etc..



As far as the "top" providers on eccie being from BP.. "top" is a matter of perception.. flavors of the month..perhaps.."top" i am not so sure about (no offense to the ladies).. being talked about by guys that migrated from BP over to the boards really only equates to bp guys talking about bp ladies..or former bp guys talking about former bp ladies.. granted there may be a few hobbyiest not from BP.. but i mean seriously..its not that hard to "talk up" BP if your a hobbyiest from there..of course you wouldn't dog BP since you did or still do hobby from there..

there are many options and tools to use to hobby and or provide..perhaps one is not better than the other..sadly I believe more and more things are being accepted as normal as hobbyiest come over from sites like bp and cl..things that weren't normally acceptable, things that you wouldn't see before are accepted..

things like "a girl being on a phone".. any professional knows not to be.

girls using fake pics.. rarely seen on the "better" sites

guys getting burnt.. why go back to bp and cl yet come to eccie to bitch about it...if you wanna hobby on those sites..bitch on them..leave eccie business to eccie.

its great that guys like to find diamonds in the rough..its a thrill..i understand that.. but its not hard to expect anyting more than bp guys being impressed by bp ladies..

things change and evolve..i get that..but its ashame that guys don't rely more on trusted ladies at trusted sites and leave the cl girls on cl and the cl guys on cl..but hey..its a free world..

Thank you DeAnna, you said everything I wanted to say. I couldn't have said it better myself. I have NEVER advertised on BP nor CL nor will I. It's just not me nor would I be willing to take the added risk. I also don't accept BP nor CL references from girls who are only on those sites. The risk is too great not to mention we have different expectations of desirable clients. Thankfully, there are enough different sites and everyone can find a place they are comfortable with.

Excuse me.... but that is no-where near, accurate!!

BP & CL certainly have their place in the hobby.... and many good times can be found on both... if you're lucky! But there is no comparison, if verifiability and confidence in your choice is considered!
