Default Missouri Safely in Obama Camp

Thanks to idiot Republicans like Todd Akin, Claire McCaskill should win re-election, and Missouri will likely go for Obama.

What an idiot this guy is.

Clair McCaskill will be history in November; and Missourri will vote Romney...

Rasmussen:
Wednesday, August 01, 2012
Missouri Democratic Senator Claire McCaskill still trails her Republican challengers, but by smaller margins compared to a month ago.

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Missouri Voters shows State Treasurer Sarah Steelman and retired businessman John Brunner each leading the incumbent 49% to 43%. If the race is between McCaskill and GOP Congressman Todd Akin, it’s Akin 47%, McCaskill 44%. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

The survey of 500 Likely Voters in Missouri was conducted on July 30, 2012 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 4.5 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.

His gaff's pale in comparison to the fuck ups and destruction wrought by Obama and his early supporter McCaskill....and the good voters of Missourri know it.

McCaskill threw Hillary overboard and supported Obama early on. She voted for Obamacare which is NOT popular in the state....try as she might, she can't hide her Obama lapel pin.

Prior to the election last week, no poll showed Claire winning against any of the three top challengers. MacCaskill only won by .2 % of the vote or 41,000 votes. That is with Obama's breeze up her ass. Unless she can make her opponent a total joke then she is done. Of course a strong third party could show up and take them both down. After all, Missouri did elect a dead man a few years ago (see Mel Carnahan).

It should be noted the Carnahan's son lost his primary fight to hold onto his seat near St. Louis.

It is called a brain. The gaff just happened but even ole Cutiepie has enough sense to know that it has sunk his chances.

Obama lost Missouri in 2008; why would you think he could possibly win it in 2012 ?

Obama has a 51 percent negative rating in the state and a 9-point deficit against Republican challenger Mitt Romney, according recent polls.

COG, your political predictions are lacking......are you still firmly thinking Obama gets a 2nd term ?

Hope so.

Painfully obvious who doesn't know what is going on here. Can Akin still win after he withdraws from the race Whirlygig? Write-in candidate?

I'm saying that Brunner or Steelman could win in a third party run against Akin or MacCaskill.

He has already announced he is withdrawing.....This makes the Senate seat even harder for McCaskill to keep

The repubicans can run Elmer Fudd against McCaskill and she would still lose.
