Seeking Carnivores
I have the fortune / misfortune of spending my winters down south in Puerto Rico.
I’m looking for RED MEAT while I’m there. I’m not talking about the red meat that my handle implies, LMAO…..I have that covered while I‘m there…. but rather Freekin BEEF.
I’m a carnivore and a big slab of beef is a staple in my diet.
Red Meat!!! Oh Hell Yeah!
I spend the bulk of my time on the SW part of the Island and the closest thing to red meat that I’ve found there has been a ½” thick skirt steak in about a 4-6 oz portion that I paid as much for as a 16 oz cut of prime rib here at home.
If any of you Guys / Gals know of somewhere to find a GOOD STEAK on the SW part of the Island ……. Please let me know…… & I do mean “Please” let me know.
