Default I hate my Job but love my job

Ok some of you may remember me as the restaurant manager that got to fuck the Asian lesbian server on the roof...
Well I've been managing other people's restaurants for a long time... and I hate the corporate politics. . So I started job hunting. ..the problem is I am an ex con that turned his life around. Not many people with my background can get this opportunity and I am starting to learn that not many restaurants will give an ex-convict an opportunity like that. So looking for another job has been tough.
My alternative is to start my own business possibly a food truck or restaurant because I love working with food and people...I'm in the business planning stage...and I'm trying to come up with a good food truck name...
I was thinking "Food Porn" my S.O. thinks it's too risque. Anyways I do value your opinions and would love some suggestions

me being a food snob and a lover of great food... the name of the place or the price doesn't matter as much as the quality of the food. if you make great food the business will thrive. My SO in the RW is a caterer and a restaurant owner food quality will always out weight the name of the place.

I was listening to a report on NPR last week that may interest you. Google NPR and "Birmingham Chefs Test Appetite For New Flavors With Supper Clubs". A weekly or monthly supper club could market and help support the truck--The Hot Shot Diner.

Good luck.

Yes that is true... but in branding a name that stands out is pretty important

If your sandwich looked like the one on the left, the name is richly deserved

Food trucks tend to be really tongue in cheek.

You can try to be funny and show you are different for example "Not Your Daddy's Deli". You can try to do acronyms for example "B.R.B. (Bread, Really Good Stuff, Bread)". Or you could try for alliteration or rhyming like "Sandwich Sultan" or "Manny's Sammies"
