A few of my fav's:
1. Don't get too personal.
2. Don't ask her real name.
3. Don't bargain.

Yeah, the "what's your real name" question annoys me as well. I actually have a fallback one to use if the guy gets too persistent! But I have noticed that serious hobbyists almost never ask that; it's mostly the casual clients, don't you find?

And bargaining is just plain rude.
