That ruling also exonerates Trump of any suspected involvement. By the time November comes around Trump will be free of any legal battles and Biden will be walking out of the White House with his tail between his legs.

After this is over and Trump becomes President again, prosecute Garland, Bragg, Willis, Pelosi, Mayorkas, Engoron, Obama and all the others members of the Democrats for crimes against the Constitution, election interference, racketeering, treason, misappropriation of taxpayers money, money laundering.

Also don't forget Bill and Hillary Clinton for murdering over 70 people in their lifetime and making their deaths look like accident and suicides.

Actually this ruling only limits the application of the law to what the court considers the intent of congress when they wrote the law.

Here is the relevant passage. “alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the object's integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding."

Since the state cannot provide evidence that documents were targeted the statute no longer applies. However most of the January 6th rioters were charged with other felonies and I don’t believe that this will affect the charges against Trump for the January 6th riot and his attempt to overthrow a valid election.
