15 Church is great. Higher end. It's heading into winter but their patio bar is also awesome.

677 Prime in Albany. Yono's in Albany. I also like Grappa 72 (italian).

As far as bars with live music I don't really know. All of the above are nice places. Yono's has two restaurants. His son has a more casual one then Yono's is behind closed doors.

Albany you have the hollow and parish public house and Saratoga has putnum place for music

Osteria Danny in Saratoga is right up there with 15 Church. Pennells is Italian but has the best steak in Saratoga.
