Default Facebook

I was wondering if any of the other ladies here have a provider Facebook page that is different than say their personal one? I Love my Facebook and I think it is a great way for people to get aquainted and stay in touch at a glance.
Any input from you guys also would be appreciated.

Not a bad ideal but I guess it's all depend on how discreet this will be on Facebook. I would not mind begin a friend on your list but prefer to private online chat to keep touch.

I wouldn't go anywhere near Facebook with my "hobby persona". Facebook mines for data in ways you can't even imagine. If you did use Facebook for hobby purposes, you better be damn sure on the security settings.

Hookerss + Facebook = TROUBLE

Bad, bad idea.

I don't understand the need for hookers to mainstream their job into a neutral setting such as facebook. Facebook would turn over any info they see that's illegal or hinting at illegal.

As Swarmy said, Facebook digs into your data and brings up all kinds of stuff you don't want out there for your clients to see or know.

Stick with hobby related websites.

Facebook is for family and friends... ECCIE is for hobby. I really don't want the two to cross paths... just sayin'...

Thank you so much for the responses. I totally agree!! Facebook is crazy/scary as far as mining and linking information. I was just curious as I noticed many providers where using Facebook. I am staying my butt on escort related sites such as this and p411, etc. Good advice and tips from you guys. I want to continue to be a smart HOOKER. LMAO

Great advice!! I was wondering the same thing as Facebook is Scary/Crazy on how it mines and collects information!! I will keep my hooker butt on Hobby related places such as this. I just noticed alot of providers were using Facebook. hmmm. I think I will pass on that trend.

This is the best advice you'll receive. Even with being "damn sure of the security settings" Facebook has a demonstrated history of "oops!" with those settings, almost demonstrating a callous disregard for users privacy.

The movement in the culture of social networking is toward "no anonymity" and not toward more privacy. What we must remember is that giving a nerd lots of money does not turn him into a socially responsible business person.

I can think of more than one occasion where a provider's real-life Facebook or MySpace (remember that one?) page were identified. I found one such provider by complete accident. I was viewing a friend's page when I recognized an avatar of someone who posted on her wall. At first, I just thought the avatar looked familiar, so I clicked on it. It belongs to a well known provider and it was her personal page. Not only that, but she didn't have it set to "private". So I was able to view pictures of her friends, her kids, and even her husband. I know her real name, area in which she lives, and where she likes to hang out. I was shocked. All found because she uses a face pic for an avatar.

Her profile appears frequently in the "People You May Know" list. Like I said, she's a friend of a friend. Of course I have never shared any of this with our mutual friend. I believe in keeping private stuff private.

That is sooo true. We are in a World where people love to dig for information, and invade others boundaries for privacy.
If they invested more time in themselves, I think they could be happier. I have chosen to have this double ninja life (j/k) so I am taking a risk in getting discovered. However, I am going to continue to try and be very careful here online for sure.

See this from Eric Schmidt's Wiki page:

"At the Techonomy conference on August 4, 2010, Schmidt expressed that technology is good, but he said that the only way to manage the challenges is "much greater transparency and no anonymity." Schmidt also stated that in an era of asymmetric threats, "true anonymity is too dangerous."
