NCNS?

so i know on other hobby boards i am apart of, there is a rule of waiting 24hrs for posting NCNS and or Reports.

i was looking around and can't seem to find anything on the subject here on the board.

so my question is.. how long do i have to wait to post a NCNS report.
i never report but it's almost 2017 smh I'm done with the bull crap lol

I don't think there is a hard and fast rule about posting a NCNS other than it doesn't go in the review section, but some people like to wait 24 hrs to see if the session is rescheduled or there is a reasonable excuse. The post it in then CO-Ed forum
