How about Barbara Bush vs Moochelle Obama.
How about Nancy Reagan vs Moochelle Obama.
I think that should cover the last 30 years or so and should give us a fine comparison.
Say for each of those ladies cite at least one equally extravagant vacation they took on their own; not official functions mind you.

The New York Times noted that Laura Bush took a vacation every year of her husband’s presidency, with Secret Service agents and a government plane. Also, Media Matters calculated the cost of President Bush’s frequent trips to his ranch in Crawford, TX, Camp David, and the family compound in Kennebunkport — he took more vacation time than any president — and put the tab at $20 million for air travel only.

Laura Bush and her daughters, Barbara and Jenna, traveled to Africa in 2007, where they went on safari at tax payer expense. In May, 2002, She went to Paris, Budapest, and Prague. All at tax payers expense. Her trip to Paris where she meet with French President Chirac after the Gulf war to extend a hand out towards peace is legendary because she spent about 10 minutes with the French President and the rest of the trip shopping all over Paris with her daughters.

Bush was not only on vacation more than any other president. He spent more money on non-official travel than any other president in American history. President George W. Bush spent over 124 million taxpayer dollars on personal trips.

If you read it you misinterpreted it was nothing about comparing the first ladies.Was a sarcastic statement about the obsessing over the Obama's vacations when all presidents and there wives and children take trips.

I go skiing almost every winter. I stay ski-in-ski-out, and dress, eat and drink like a lord. That doesn't make me bad. I don't like Michelle because she's an entitled racist bitch and an intellectual snob not because of her vacations.
