What is wrong with Corpus Christi? I jealously search the Back Page of San Antonio, Las Vegas, San Diego, Pensacola and about everywhere else and feel sooo depressed. Our BP ads absolutely suck as does our Craigs List Adult Section. We do seem to excel at "T" Girls. What the hell is a T Girl for anyway? A gay guy would want a GUY and a straught guy would not want a girl looking guy with a cock.
Maybe it is a lack of business oppertunities. I know the place I work most guys don't seem to be interested in pussy. CL and BP are low traffic mainly because that's prime LE hunting ground in Corpus. There have been numerous news stories about it, some as recent as a month ago.

I've always had better luck with other social networking sites and in strip clubs, plus there's a part of me that doesn't like the fact that ass is being peddled on the same site that minors go to buy XBOX games.

Corpus has always been lacking in comparison to SA, Austin , Houston , or Dallas when it comes to alot of things. It is a dead end town, no interstates pass through , and we don't have the population to support alot of the things that the other cities can. Keep in mind that Corpus is also the fattest city in America, per capita. That leaves us with fewer options than some other cities, but we do have some damn good tacos.LOL If you want to deal with all that comes with a bigger city you can also get the perks that come with it. Personally, I'm good with what Corpus has to offer. (Not that I don't look at the Dallas showcases and say wow.

Seems to me it is a close knit community, being as geographically small as it is. One must do a serious amount of research or know someone in the "community" to be able to hobby.

Considering Corpus is a decent size city, you would think? That's why I usually wait until I'm in a major city. Looking forward to an upcoming trip to Dallas, every other girl on the showcase seems to be from there. lol

Corpus is decent sized but very conservative. It has the "small town" feel to it and a lot of people are afraid they'll run into someone they know. A few years ago on a different board me and a couple hobby buddies started having weekly lunches to try and help build the local MALE community. In the last year it's really started taking off and as a result we're starting to get a stronger hobby base to support the ladies.

There are about 20 people that post in the South Texas forum, of those 15 or so are guys. Why would you expect more ladies to be here where there doesn't seem to be enough guys to support them? If you go look at Dallas you'll see several hundred guys posting, so it would make sense they would have more talent available.

If you want to increase the number of ladies in the community...start getting involved in the community. The guys still have lunch just about every Friday, look for information in the Men's Lounge area.

I would never ever look through CL or BP! You know that all they show is trannies so why keep going back to check them out unless you secretly want to see trannies. LOL! Just kidding. you know about 6 or 7 years ago (ASP*) when i joined was almost non existent. I mean there were only 2 providers available that put up ads. The independent reviews were only on those 2 ladies and sometimes you see a review on a street girl. Thank goodness it has grown so much! More local talent, more visiting ladies. It was only four years or so ago when I moved here and the only providers I knew of were me, my sister, and KV. KV and sis are gone but new faces have arrived. If the trend continues there will be more. I ranted awhile back about how CC sucked when it came to adult activities (can't buy a dam vibrator in Corpus... WTF?)

Yes, CC is conservative with a large population of catholics and low income sectors. We don't really have a large convention arena, we don't host a lot of business organization meetings. CC itself is not really a tourist meca. The only steady business for the ladies comes from the locals, and as said there are not a lot compared to San Antonio or Austin - not to mention Houston or Dallas. When I worked in Austin there were the locals that kept me busy even with the larger amount of ladies available but there also always seemed to be some type of medical convention or national lecture or group organization going on also just about every week. A lot of out of town business travelers. And you just don't get that here. Needless to say there is not a lot of incentive for ladies to visit or stay here at any great length.

I don't know i just had 2 encounters with providers from bp and they wer hot. I do think corpus has a high % of tranys n gays though. Corpus is a small city compared to SA or dallas n houston. I have also had a cpl encounters with providers that only work for agencies n they wer even better looking than the girls online! I dont think companies that spend a lot of money on big ads are going to hire bad looking girls. also corpus is a small town so girls might be afraid to post pictures on the web.
