Hobby Friendly Rental in San Angelo? Interest?

Just had a wild idea about taking a nice house and making it available to select, reliable ladies to rent during their stays in San Angelo. House would be fully furnished 3br, 2ba with 2car garage and all utilities available. I see this as a way for the ladies to have a safe, private incall available at a price approximating local hotel rooms. You would have a private sleeping room and a room to entertain guests. It would also accomodate 2 ladies who might be travelling together.

Is there interest from any of the travelling ladies? Is there enough interest that you ladies would put San Angelo on a regular rotation? Are our ladies responsible enough to respect and take care of the rental?

I think I like the idea. But, I'm not a provider.

I used to see a girl whose incall was a shared/rented hobby hub. It was great. Several well-known and reputable providers incalled out of there. Only when they had an appointment.

The question for WT1965 is if San Angelo has that enough quality local talent to make this thing work. That is indeed questionable.

Don't think we could make it work with local talent...just not enough of them and I haven't found any to be reliable. Would need to attract the travelers.

Is it your house? Or are you putting your name on the lease? Honestly I think you probably would be able to get traveling girls to bite on this, depending on the nitty gritty details. (A barter arrangement comes to mind -- I imagine that's what you're thinking too.)

The big question is whether you want the risk exposure. If you're single, and don't need to worry about your reputation in the community (should this blow up in your face) and you could afford the financial hit if there was some property damage, from, say, the asshole pimp and the pit bull she didn't tell you about, and you're not worried about there being large quantities of (stuff that we won't talk about) on your property, then yeah, go for it. :-)

I think that the way this would work, if it's going to be an incall, is for it to be obtained by the providers. Which is probably only going to happen in a bigger city.

If it were hobbyist organized it would have to function on a strictly outcall basis. And I recall a thread on the Dallas boards a few years back (maybe it was even ASPD) in which an apartment was shared by 4 or 5 hobbyists who used it as an outcall location.
