All these places which are using rotating staff are defined by their management. The mamasan at this place is known and experienced, so based on this sole fact expectations should be set pretty high.

I'd like to clarify that I'm not a local. I was just passing thru. The place might be well known, but it wasn't to me. Based on the few reviews that I did read, I guessed any lady would be hot. I'll also clarify that what was pleasantly surprising to me was the bubbly personality of the lady, not the overall place itself. That was all. Although the place was also pretty great. But thanks for the feed back guys.
