eeting an unverfied provider the first time

To night I will meet a new provider for the first time. I wonder how others out there have dealt with this. I will meet her first for dinner then go further. We have corresponded via email up to this time and looking forward to our first meeting. For those out in ECCIE land how have you conducted the first hook up? If you are looking for a hook up nsa kind of thing wine, dine, and take her to bed then because no tellimg how many guys she has already been with.
