Default Escort Chic: How Far Has It Gone?

From observing the media and from listening to my coworkers I am of course aware that t there is no longer any stigma at all attached to either lesbianism or to illegitimacy in our culture: in fact, it seems that any young woman would be strongly ostracized as totally un-hip if she had to admit either that she'd never had a kid out of wedlock or had sex with another girl. Just wondering what would likely happen, though, if (after a decent interval of casual conversation), I were to ask the average twenty year old college co-ed, Supercuts stylist or Olive Garden waitress, "So...how much do you charge?" or "I usually pay two-fifty. Sound about right?" Would I be instantly understood? If so, would I be immediately punched, kicked or arrested, or would she just hand me her phone number?

Apparently you've been sleeping through the culture wars.

I think you'd probably get a well deserved slap in the face, but try it and report back.

You know hon, not to be rude or flippant, but it is very clear that you do not understand women at all, and have a need to hobby if ya ever hope to get laid. Please don't insult a woman that you do not know without certainty is willing to P4P. Why would you even entertain such an idea? Please know that women, just like men, have many insecurities. If you were to do this, then it's possible that this woman may wonder for years to come what it was she did wrong in order to have someone insult her in such a manner. Whether that is rational or not to you, do you really want to be responsible for that? So just don't. Geez.

It seems you have accepted the media bias of societal norms, as most young people have done. The notion that lesbianism or illigitimacy are "un-hip" is uninformed, at best.
The CDC reported that over 96% of Americans are straight and less than 1% of American women identify as bi-sexual.
The CDC alao estimates that 40% of children are born to unwed mothers. While that may seem to support your position, these data also include those children born to unwed, but monogamous, couples.
Neither of these statistics would support the idea that any given woman would be likely to consider a proposition of S4$.
Furthermore, this is Texas. I predict that to ask a woman, "How much do you charge?" will almost certainly be answered, initially, with something like, "Oh, HELL no."
At that point, any man is truly fucked.

I love firsts. Ask anyone who knows me. However, this one is not quite as exciting as I'm used to, but cool.

At best, you would have to ask the right woman at the right time, in the right way to avoid any worst case scenario. Maybe if you used hobby terms that she and only she would be aware of if you were talking in a group. I'm not saying blurt out ECCIE and HOBBYIST, or MSOG or any other common terms and see if she bites, but be subtle with it. Super subtle.

If she IS a provider and IS paying attention and IS interested, she MAY give you that 'come into my office' look, where you two can go off to side and whisper something hobby related to each other.

If you're lucky, there's a 1% chance this might work. I personally have never met anyone in the hobby outside of the hobby, meaning, we didn't 'discover' each other in open field (in a civvie setting).

This would be a nice way to meet a couple providers a year maybe, but I don't have those super sleuth skills. Shit, every hot chick in the world looks like a provider to me. If I tried this, I'd probably get slapped 10x a day.

Personally, if I was the civilian working a 9 to 5 everyday to make a living and you approached ME with that question... I would be totally offended.

In fact, the other night, I was at a store and there was a guy there making a delivery. He kept walking up and down the aisle looking at me and when I went to leave he was in his delivery truck waiting on me. He rolled down his window and pretty much solicited me. Wanted me to follow him to his next delivery and then get together.

It made me so angry, because number one, I was not dressed like a slut or acting like a slut, number two... he didn't know me from Adam, if I was married or whatever... It was so disrespectful that I seriously considered calling the company he was delivering for and informing them of their employees disgraceful conduct while operating their vehicle delivering their products and representing their company. I cooled off and did not... but I guaranty that one of the women he solicits will do it in the future.

Someone on the board had the neat idea of just slipping her the acronym BBBJTCNQNS, written on the restaurant napkin or whatever. Of course, it was also noted that these days you'd have to take account of the fact that an unreceptive lady would be able to find out the meaning pretty much instantaneously.

Funny--in my career as a hobbyist I continually encounter cases of mistaken occupational identity "Are you a cop?" "Are you one of the bouncers?" "I bet you own your own business." I've never taken any of this as an insult. Quite the opposite, in fact. On the other hand, there was certainly a time in the not-too-distant past when "How many tattoos have you got?" would have been considered a major put-down of anyone, male or female. I'd thought I had good reason to hope that "How much do you charge?" had evolved in a similar way. If I was wrong, then so be it....

I've noticed since I started hobbying, that my game has picked up in the civvie world. While I don't bonk everything that moves, I've noticed that I'm a lot more confident and secure. Probably because I know that I'll get laid either way and I don't have to play any games.

However, I've also noticed that I'll eye a few cute women wondering how easy it would be to get them naked. Which tells me that I have to be careful, since not all women are p4p, nor are they all easy. Especially in the DFW Texas area where most people are very conservative. If I approach them and wind up insulting or offending them, then all I've done is caused problems, for her and me.

So I keep myself in check, and avoid tossing a few bucks at a girl to see if she'll bite.

If you have any game at all, you won't need to pay for pussy anyway.

To quote (or misquote) Charlie Sheen, I don't pay for sex with women, I pay for them to go away.

So women are insulted when you find them so attractive or alluring that we'd be willing to pay them money to spend time with them?

If someone asked me for a light I wouldn't be insulted he thought I was a smoker. I would just say sorry, not me and move on.

Of course I am kind of laid back and have thick skin.

Just start with an exaggratedly high number. If she agrees to it, she's then established her hookerdom.

From there, it's a matter of finding a number ($$ amount) that you're both comfortable with.
