Over the weekend "2016: Obama's America" earned $7,391 per theater, topping the per theater earnings of huge hits like "The Dark Knight Rises," "The Bourne Legacy," and "The Campaign."

I think it's in limited release right now, which may have something to do with the per theater numbers. I hear they're going to put it in a lot more theaters in a few days. I hope a lot of people see it. I read the book, the movie is based on. The premise is that Obama shares his father's view of America, that we are evil.

Great movie but I would not call it an anti-Obama movie. The movie simply lays out where he comes from, who were his mentors andthose that were influential in his life, what he has done in the world theater since becoming President and what is expected of him should he win another term.
I felt the movie was very informative and enlightening that brings many of the things that shaped his life together so that you can have a better understanding of where he is coming from and where he is leading us.
My understanding is it will be in over a thousand theaters within a week.
It should not be missed before the election.
I don't care which side you are on, it will either reinforce your belief of him, or maybe even change your belief in him.
There are no shocking revelations just the facts.

Do you have a list of the cities where the movie was released? Just a per theater number without knowing where those theaters are located doesn't tell the whole story.

I laughed my ass off in the Campaign, funny as shit.

Did not laugh, or giggle or wee my pants in either movie.

It's not like that at all. Every single Democrat in my life except for 2 (one because she's hardcore Obama and the other because I don't know if she's seen the movie) have had their eyes opened. They have all said, "omg, I had no idea. I didn't know, and EWWWWW how could we have not ever known this before. We just want a fair shake for folks, not THIS.

It doesn't attack Obama at ALL. This film will only piss off the guys that are actually communist and realize their whole plan was just laid out and they are now screwed. For you guys that are genuinely nice guys, desire only truth, and just really wanted or really believed Obama has our best interest at heart, will be very, very, very surprised. They don't dog him. This is not an attack. If you have the where with all to go and just check it out, we won't dog you if your view changes. If it doesn't change, that's fine too.
