Does this work?
Not sure if this is a subject we can talk about, so I'll find out shortly. LOL
I have seen on many providers profiles or ads the following.
NO LEO
No cops
NO police
I was wondering if that ever works?
Does LEO read the ad and say "Well damn, I can't bust her now that she posted that."

Same could be said for asking it in communication. Like a cop would admit it.

If the providers genuinely believe that will keep them from getting busted, I have some ocean front property in Arizona I can sell them at a very reasonable price. But humor aside, let's all hope for their best interests that they do some research and learn how to screen properly before they find out the hard way that placing notices like that in their ads won't protect them.
I worked at a bar event once and the boss told us "If you think there is an alcoholic beverage control sting happening, ask them if they are 21 or if they are a cop and they have to tell you the truth." I didn't know quite how to explain why there is a flaw in that logic.

Oh wow! If you were actually LE she would have been in cuffs the moment she or you walked through the door.
My concern for the gentlemen is that if these ladies were to get busted, could they possibly turn over their phone, hobby accounts, work with LE, etc. to save their own asses by getting male hobbyists busted?

The FACT is...If LE were to cross some IMAGINARY line? They'd just lie about it later. Who do you REALLY think the judge is going to believe? On the front end. You're still gonna take the ride and, that's the worst part....

This is why it’s so important to keep the communication “civil” if you know what I mean. If you do, then the only evidence they have against you is having been paid for your time. This saves all parties involved. The minute an escort or gentleman communicate something explicit (ie, how much for sex, bj, etc.) it would be in your best interest to either shut down any further communication or express that you have no interest in it.
Having said that, I just hope LE is concerned with more serious crimes than this. This should be legal and regulated just as it is in several European countries.

Regardless of how civil you keep the conversation, I just read an article about a sting from 4 years ago and this lady agreed on $140 for her "time." When the undercover showed up she was fully nude. Once he gave her the money she started to disrobe him and that is when she was arrested on a count of prostitution, operating a business without a license and possession of an instrument of crime (phone or computer). Even if you were as careful as possible and able to somehow avoid the prostitution charge, you could still get charged for the last two.
I do agree with you that LE should focus on more serious crimes such as the trafficking of unwilling individuals instead of what goes on between consenting adults.

Vannah is absolutely correct...as to the
other point she made about screening properly? Sometimes we as clients can look at screening as a pain in the ass. But when we do our due diligence and, the provider does proper screening. It gives both peace of mind. Knowing each other are legit. Thus making for a much more enjoyable experience.

THIS IS exactly why I try not to give personal information.
The ladies who want to know where I work concern me.
And I think there is a law somewhere on the books that if a LEO is on the job, they are required to answer truthfully, unless their lives are in danger. So I guess asking that question has a little merit now that I think about it.
I've been asked through text, a lot, if I was a cop or linked to any LE department. If I was one and lied, then that's coercion and they couldn't charge the defendant. I think. Mind you, I don't watch too many Law and Order shows on TV, so everything I think I know could be wrong or right.

A provider describe to me the time she got busted. The guy kept asking if she had a condom, was being rub and angry and kept asking if she had a condom. When she said yes, that's when the room was invaded and she was busted.
So, yes, key words can trap you.

The Supreme Court has ruled the police are not required to tell the truth and they are allowed specifically to lie to you. Also the court has ruled police are not required to protect you and cannot be held liable if they fail to act and someone is injured because of their inaction.

This is a question I've been pondering for a while now.
Has anybody ever heard of an instance where a providers phone was used to lure hobbyist to a sting?

So the "To Protect and Serve" on the vehicles should really say "If I feel like it, I'll Protect and Serve"?
