Obviously any replies you get are going to be opinions as everyone has different likes and dislikes and this is exactly that - just my preference.
Hotel - The Rey is THE place to hunt, particularly at night, but there are girls there 24 hours a day. The Sportsman's is the place to stay, nicer rooms and better service. The Dunn Inn and La Amistad are also very good hotel choices for a place to stay. Some people like the Mona Lisa as well, and it's a cheaper choice that all the above but ya get what ya pay for.
As far as game plan - I would stay away from the agency's and websites. Being able to sit and talk with the girl for awhile prior to making a decision will give you a much better feel for how it is going to be in the room. I would go to MP's during the day and hit Del Rey and Sportsman's at night.
There are a lot of bigger girls around, no doubt. But not exclusively. The key is patience. At MP's you are not limited to the choices in front of you when you walk in the door. Hang out for a bit and watch the cycle. The better girls are probably going to be the busier girls. Many of the MP's have a bar, have a drink or two and hang out and see what happens. If nothing presents itself that interests you then no worries. There are 40-50 MP's in the Gulch...go to the next one. Don't feel obligated to choose at the first place you go.
At night in the Rey - Yeah there are some double baggers in that place. But rarely will you go in there, particularly at night, and not find a few that are your type, there will be every shape, size, color and personality that you can imagine. And the same rule applies, if you see nothing you want just hang out a bit, the gals are constantly cycling in and out. They are hunting just like you are. Sure you may have to stiff arm a few away, but politely tell the sharks no thanks and they will go away. You can always walk over to a BlackJack table to get away. I don't think the girls are allowed to come up and talk to you while you are gambling. There is no way you can hang out at that place for two hours and not find one you like.
