In light of all the Ashton Kutcher / Village Voice / Backpage hoopla, I wanted to ask the folks on this board.

If you saw an ad of an escort who seemingly looked "underage", (says she is 20 on her profile, but you could swear she was 17 or younger), what would you do?

I don't know how it works on this board or other escort sites/ advertising sites, but I would hope that some type of ID was required if there was any question about age when an ad is submitted for posting.

I also understand that some ladies do not want their real information out there either, so how to handle such a thing? What is the responsible thing to do, in an effort to protect those who are underage?

GP, I think if I saw a girl that looked that young, I'd tell her that I would require picture ID when we met. IF that is not acceptable, I got my answer.

Eros use to ask for ID for ads, I don't think they do anymore. But I honestly think a good workable solution is there if people just put their heads together.

I raelly like providers from 30 to 40 so thats not an issue.

It's only a matter of time before the Backpage will suffer the same fate as the craigslist with adult ads. It would not surpise me if under-age girls are advertising on that site. I feel that ALL adult provider webistes should have some type of age verfication process to cover their own ass.

I don't know about Eccie, but I have been told by P411 staff that they verify age before approving provider accounts. Won't hold up in court, but somewhat comforting, as most providers do not want to show id and reveal their real name.

You are not only protecting the girls that are underage, you are also protecting any man who would be so unlucky as to get caught with Her if she was indeed underage.

Recent court cases have shown that there is no defense when it comes to screwing around with a underage person. "But she showed me an ID" means nothing, as Lawrence Taylor will attest too.

I believe it is our responsibility to deplore any activity with minors at all times. We may be a bunch of whoremongers, but it is activity among consenting adults.

By the way. Crazy Tini85 says he would call Her. There is probably a 8 x10 prison cell in His future. Thos ole boys in Huntsville just love child molesters.
