I have some advice to share. First, if you want a real good massage, let the phone person or greeter know this in advance. Also, tell the girl before she starts. (A harder massage more guarantees she will have to put some effort into it.) Of course, still no guarantee of great massage, but letting them know your expectations can only help.

Also, if you want L1, there are other places that specialize in that. I love LYH for the times when I want more than L1. And I would not go there for only L1.
