Actually, in dismissing the case, the judge specifically pointed out that Trump's pardon did not mean Flynn wasn't guilty of the crimes for which he twice pled guilty and was convicted.

The suit became moot.

Justice avoided is justice served? That's the Turd Reich for you.

Try telling the whole story, bambino.

And you probably thought you were.

The judge did, very shamefully I might add, pontificate from the bench

berating someone who doesn’t have a chance to appeal and doing it outside actual sentencing is appalling and virtually unheard of

and not dismissing the case after the full appeals court gave him the professional courtesy to do so and yet he petulantly refused which was indicative of his abject partisanship as well

Sullivan was an activist and an embarrassment and did harm to the courts

DOJ dropped the case. A judge can’t be Judge, Jury and Executioner. It doesn’t work that way in this country. For now anyways. He is a disgrace.

The DOJ dropped the case. Should never have been one. Just like Mueller never should have been appointed. There was no predicate. Even Rosenstien, Yates and McCabe have admitted. The Steele dossier and the FISA warrants were fraudulent. That’s the rest of the story.. But Durham is now a Special Council. Shove that elbows deep HoeDummer

boy that is one spiteful judge. he should be impeached. his outrageous behaviour on the bench should be enough for impeachment.

WTF, Flynn may have been guilty of lying, but this was done to entrap him under false pretense. charges shouldn't be filed, they did it anyway.

Gentlemen above - i agree - Sullivan behaved in a completely 'partial' fashion for the prosecution - as his DPST masters dictated.Sullivan was part of the prosecution team against Flynn - clearly and factually - and not 'impartial' as a Judge should be.

The sad thing - the DPST's accept and encourage judicial 'activism against impartiality" to further their cause - and the Conservatives are not raising a how to have Sullivan impeached/disbarred - as he should be.

Sullivan's behavior is shameful - and the acceptance leads only to a judiciary no longer impartial - but skewed in favor of special interests - and the end of the impartial judicial system as designed for America.

Be prepared - it leads to DNC kangaroo courts with predetermined outcomes for all political and other offenses Trumped up by the biden/DNC/DPST howling, screaming radicals.

AOC and the squad of radical idiots are so pleased - along with the rest of the radical marxist posters on this site.

Beware - DPST's - when your own come for you - there will be No One to speak for you (indoctrinated idiots).

Welcome back oeb11. We thought you’d be sitting pouting on your little pity pot for the next six months.

Most of us were hoping it would be for the next four years.

Long time to go without a DOTY.

Only you can make that happen.

Help us out please.

I woke before 4 am this morning

surfed the tv channels as I laid there alone

there was tmc with a 1930's "a tale of two cities" starring ronald coleman, an interesting movie and apropos in our world today, so I watched it beginning to end this morning

the left's second favorite revolution of all time (the first favorite occurring in 1917) with its perverted laws passed with retroactive application or acts under no law at all and its kangaroo tribunal

our future, what?
