Yep. Sorry to say Comanche71 but thanks to the out of town mods like Biomed and Mojojo the scene down here is fucked up. They came through here like General Sherman did Atlanta and burned down all the pussy trees. My advice is, if you're moving here, find a new site to join. this one is toast.

The RGV agencies appear to be doing okay. Maybe they can help out the CC folks.

Why would anyone step up to run an agency now days in SoTx? ECCIE will just fuck them over and run them off like STF and UTR. These were long standing, established agencies run by people who did it the right way. What chance would a newby stand? To think you can just step in and take up where they left off is naïve at best. It's all about relationships. Something you don't understand when you've never done it yourself.
