So I met someone and googled their number and it comes on websites saying that she works with cops. Are these websites legit?

They pull numbers from web pages with bots then post it and offer to pull the number if you pay them. There are sites that do this to providers and hobbyists.

If you had met up with a lady that was working for the cops you would have been busted immediately.. you would not have been walking out of there with out trouble. There is a bogus escort police site that pulls numbers off of backpage and city vibe then they post fake ads of providers with their stolen information and pictures and then basically blackmail the ladies who try to get the bogus information removed.
